kernel 2.6.18-8.el5) is currently having problem of loading certain
modules. I saw on the unionfs web site that for kernel 2.6.18.8, one
can use either <FONT color=#0000ff>unionfs 1.4 </FONT><FONT
color=#000000>(legacy code)</FONT>, or <FONT
color=#0000ff>unionfs-2.3.3_for_2.6.18.8 <FONT color=#000000>(stable
code)</FONT>.</FONT></SPAN></FONT></DIV>

unionfs-2.3.3_for_2.6.18.8 is a kernel patch which causes some kernel module
loading problems on my machine. The unionfs 1.4, on the other hand,
