[Unionfs] unionfs 2.5.1 (for 2.6.29-rc2) has problems on Linux 2.6.30-rc8

In MiniMyth, I tried using the latest unionfs patch (2.5.1 for 
2.6.29-rc2) with the latest stable kernel prepatch (2.6.30-rc8) in 
preparation for kernel 2.6.30. Doing so resulted in the following 
warning in /var/log/messages.
