[Unionfs] unionfs has problems with file permissions

Sorry for the long delay. I'm working on another project too, so this
one has lower priority here.
I was trying to reproduce the problem locally, but was unable to get
the same error. When mounting a partition locally read-only, the union
with a rw tmpfs is writable in all circumstances. I've tried with
2007.0 and 2008.1 Mandriva and Gentoo (unstable). Worked with all three
variants. I will test now NFS (and CDROM) again, to find the failure.
