Can you send me (privately) the full SMTP headers of the message you got?
This isn't "true" spam but someone's "vacation" message gone awry, and I've
seen it before myself.  I've been trying to track it and I thought I removed
this subscriber already from the list, but perhaps the person has another
email ID I don't know about.
