[Unionfs] Panic: with unionfs 2.4 and 2.6.24

The following panic now happens when a file is removed, it is a new regression
and didn't happen with earlier versions of unionfs.  Sorry for the screenshot,
but it is the easiest way to get it.

P.s: Vyatta (vyatta.com) uses unionfs so please put it on the list of vendors.
