What version of unionfs and the kernel was this on?  Is this a live cd (can
I get a copy)?  Feel free to open a bugzilla report at
https://bugzilla.filesystems.org/, but please provide as much details about
your setup and steps you took, to help us reproduce this problem here.

BTW, it looks like you're using a 64-bit machine, right?
