[Unionfs] [ANNOUNCE] Unionfs 2.1.3 released

We are pleased to announce Unionfs 2.1.3.  Changes from 2.1.2 are:

- fixed cache coherency bugs after lower objects are removed/ recreated
- simplify unionfs_get_nlinks (fixes one bug)
- updated for 2.6.23-rc6, 2.6.22.6, and 2.6.20.19
- add missing newlines to two printks
- compile if CONFIG_RT patches are used
- documentation updates
- rewrite unionfs_create more simply and consistently
- minor code cleanups

This code was tested on all of our ports: 2.6.{23,22,21,20,19,18,9}.
