[Unionfs] Anybody looking at NFS exporting a unionfs ?

I think you'll have to dig deeper than nfsd.  The problem seems to be in
unionfs somewhere.  I posted back in August:

Haven't had time to do any more research on it, though.  Others have
reported similar problems since my post.
