[Unionfs] 2.1.11 release announcement?

Tony, that'd explain why a couple of other people didn't know about
2.1.11. :-) I must've forgotten to send the email announcement.  Anyway,
this had become somewhat moot b/c 2.2 is out.  But anyway, this is what
changed in 2.1.11:

- bugfix: update mtime/ctime instantly, but don't produce too many debugging
  messages unless the time change is significant.
- prevent unknown branch-mode options from defaulting to 'rw' (return EINVAL)
- fix compile time error when using CONFIG_SLUB (unknown malloc_sizes
  symbol) -- Unionfs-ODF only
- updated for 2.6.23.9, 2.6.22.14, and 2.6.24-rc4
