Sorry, no.  I tried everything I could to simulate your env, and several
variations too, but I couldn't reproduce it.  Any chance I can get temp
remote access to your system?  Since you're able to reproduce this reliably,
that'd help a lot (my experience is that reproducing a kernel bug is >80% of
the fix!)
