It actually was my ISP antiwirus that removed the patch :-(
As it turns out it made it to the list, so I grabbed it from Gmane...
I'm currently readapting it to unionfs 2.1.2

Unless this version has any known issues that should be fixed, it will
be in Mandriva 2008.0 on top of a 2.6.22.6+ series kernel...
