Yeah...that sucks...I'd say the eboard should try to convince them that...

1) the current constitution WAS fine with them for the past 2 years, and no
one ever had a single comment about it

2) the current constitution IS good enough for them to give lugsb some money

3) lugsb eboard is reasonable, and WILL propose a new wording at the next
meeting (specify date, show USG a copy of the proposed text)

I'm not going to suggest my own wording, since Avishay and Diane had some
good paragraphs...
