[LUGSB] Tor at sunysb.edu

There was an option in oder versions of Tor called "FascistFirewall" (hah!)
that told it to use ports 80 and 443 (http, https) exclusively. I think they
moved that to become a subset of "ListenAddress" recently though. Port 80
*has* to work though, unless they're doing deep packet inspection...which is
too fucking scary to think about *shiver*
