[LUGSB] Tor at sunysb.edu

Yesterday I set up a rudimentary Tor configuration during lugsb and it didn't
work. Logs iterated the message: "I learned some more directory information, but
not enough to build a circuit." the whole time I was on campus

Today I tried the same setup at home (Optimum Online) and everything worked as
expected. At first glance it does seem like the campus is doing some kind of
filtering .. which is sad.
