[LUGSB] PXE w/ Knoppix

I plan on bringing a few Knoppix discs.  One nice thing is the built
in PXE boot server.  Two people who have never used linux before can
run knoppix from one disc, one boots from the CD, the other boots from
that person with a crossover cable.
