[LUGSB] LugSB is coming back!

Greetings all!

Finally, after about a year of being virtually non-existant, LUGSB is
coming back. 

Dan Panzella, the last official president of LugSB appointed me to
bring LugSB back to life.

So, here's the idea:

There would be two meetings each month,

	1) first Tuesday @ around 19:00 (7pm)
	2) third Friday @ around 17:00 (5pm)

I'm open to suggestions. If there aren't any suggestions/comments/etc.
I'll send in the room request. This would mean that the first meeting
would be on Friday March 17th.
